Does it work on thick or curly hair?
Yes. Use one of the higher heat settings and work in smaller sections. Curly and coily hair may need a second pass per section for a fully smooth finish.
Is it a hot-air brush?
No — it's a heated brush. It doesn't blow air, so always use it on dry hair.
Which heat setting should I use?
Fine, thin or color-treated hair: 280–320°F. Medium hair: 320–360°F. Thick or coarse hair: 360–400°F. Curly or very coarse hair: 400–430°F in smaller sections. Always use a heat protectant.
Can I accidentally change the heat while styling?
No. Press the lock and your setting stays put until you unlock it, even if you bump a button.
How do I get volume at the roots?
Place the brush under a section right at the root, lift it straight up toward the ceiling, hold for 3 seconds, then glide out to the ends.
Will it damage my hair?
Any heat tool can cause damage if overused. Use a heat protectant, start low, and keep the brush moving.
Can I use it while traveling?
Yes. It's dual voltage, so it works abroad with a simple plug adapter.
