Refund policy

60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of delivery at comatoseangell@gmail.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions, and refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.

1-year replacement. If your brush stops working because of a defect within 1 year of delivery, email a photo or short video and we'll send a free replacement. This does not cover accidental damage.

Damaged on arrival. If your order arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, with no return shipping required.

Please include all original accessories (clips and heat mat) with any return.
